PFC Fast Cycle Water Vapor Cryopump
The PFC Water Vapor Cryopump will increase product throughout in your existing vacuum system 20% to 100% and improve the quality of deposition. Using the Polycold Systems' patented process, the PFC works on the principle of Meissner trapping. Water vapor is captured by condensation on a cryogenically cooled surface, called a Meissner coil
The Meissner (cryocoil) is mounted directly in the vacuum chamber so conductance is not limited by ports, manifolds, valves, and baffles. The cyrocoil is easy to install and can be adapted to fit any system. It does not need a high-vacuum valve.
P Cryocooler
The Polycold P Cryocooler cryopumps water vapor and prevents back-streaming of vacuum-pump fluids. The Model P Cryocooler is also effective for cryosurfaces in load-lock systems where fast temperature cycling is not required.
The Polycold Systems P Cryocooler features a patented single compressor refrigeration process that employs an auto-refrigerating cycle cooling process. It directly cools cold traps, baffles, or flange mounted cryocoils to as low as -155°C using a CFC-free refrigerant mixture in a closed loop system. The Cryocooler requires only power and water utility service.

PGC Gas Chillers
Polycold gas chillers cool dry gases (such as nitrogen, argon, or air) from ambient to cryogenic temperature without precooling.
Applications include: thermal testing of electronics, cold gas venting of vacuum chambers, rheology, low temperature characterization of materials, etc.
The Gas Chiller is a closed-loop refrigeration system that cools a gas stream using a refrigerant to gas tube-in-tube heat exchanger. The gas stream is non-recirculating.
PGCL Closed Loop Gas Chilelr
The PGCL Closed-Loop Gas Chiller can be used for substrate cooling in a broad range of applications. Cooling of Wafer Chucks in Semiconductor Process Tools, Thermal Testing of Electronics, and other applications where gas cooling offers specific advantages and convenience.
Polycold closed-loop gas chillers may use any inert dry gas as the coolant medium (such as nitrogen, helium, argon or dry air). The gas chiller incorporates both a closed loop refrigerating system and a recirculating gas coolant system, which cools a gas stream using highly efficient refrigerant heat exchangers. The gas stream is recirculating.

Product Components:
Cold End
The rugged, low-vibration PCC cold end can be used in any orientation, and located remotely from the compressor. Available nickel plated or mylar wrapped.
Compressor
The PCC compressor uses patented, non-flammable gas blends and unique oil filtration for quiet and reliable performance. Electricity is the only utility required for operation.
Gas Lines
Self-sealing couplings ensure quick and easy hook-up, and the compressor can be located up to 100 feet from the cold end.
