High Purity Piping

High weld quality is a must for gas lines and De-Ionized water where metal sealed stainless steel tubing must be used.

Intlvac uses an Arc Machine model 207 Orbital Welder for reproducible tube welding that would be impossible by human hands. Gas panels and custom requirements can be assembled and cleaned under our laminar flow bench to maintain cleanliness and minimize particle counts. The model 207 Orbital Welder is portable and can be brought On-Site.
