Installation & Testing

Intlvac's service personnel are also available for third party equipment installation and refurbishment. On-Site installation of new or used equipment is a service we provide.

Our specialties are Vacuum Deposition Systems, Diffusion Furnaces from MRL Industries, BTU and Thermoco, Mass Spectrometers, Helium Leak Test Systems, Cryogenic and Thermal Vacuum Systems. We also on site or in house ( 0 to 100 amu) residual gas analysis with our portable systems.
