At Intlvac, we design and manufacture a wide variety of high Thin Film PVD and Etch systems. Our product line ranges from small R&D/pilot project systems to large production systems utilizing processes such as Ion beam Etching, Sputtering, E-beam and Thermal Evaporation, fiber-optic coating and much more!

All systems come standard with our latest control interface; Intlvac’s Lab View front end communicates with our Ethernet IP based control system.

We can offer process development with our selection of in house coating systems.
