Intlvac Inc. and Intlvac Thin Film have been supplying thin film deposition and etch systems around the world for more than 30 years. We are experts in thin film deposition and etch using a variety of techniques such as reactive sputtering using magnetron sources and ion beams, evaporation, and chemical vapor deposition. Our films are used for anti-reflective coatings from UV to the far Infrared, for active layers that sense infrared, convert protons to electrons, and measure magnetic fields. We also can selectively etch our films using our Broad Ion Beam Technology with inert and reactive gases. We lead state of the art with our large scientific team, demo lab and in-house metrology.
